Project Management Technician
María Andrea is a technician of the Project Management and Cooperation program of the Private Institute for Climate Change Research.
She obtained her bachelor’s degree in biology at the Del Valle University of Guatemala and she has a master’s degree in Environmental Management and Sustainability, from the same university, in agreement with the University of South-Eastern Norway, where she had the opportunity to do a semester of the master’s degree.
María Andrea did her university internship at the CECON Herbarium, of the University of San Carlos of Guatemala and has had the opportunity to teach the course of Ecology and Environmental Sustainability at the Mariano Gálvez University of Guatemala. She speaks Spanish, English and German.
