The Private Institute for Climate Change Research -ICC- has a Weather Station Network, which consists of 23 automated stations, distributed along the Pacific slope of Guatemala.

Those stations transmit high quality data every 15 minutes through mobile GPRS technology. The information generated by the stations includes temperature, solar radiation, relative humidity, precipitation, wind speed, leaf wetness, and wind direction.

All of our stations comply with the international standards required by the World Meteorological Organization -WMO-; therefore, they have a strict quality control process. In addition, the stations get constant maintenance.

Every ICC station has been identified to allow visitors and pedestrians to recognize the stations of the ICC.

All of the information generated by the stations is available through our website www.icc.org.gt free of charge. We invite you to enjoy the Photo Gallery that we have prepared for you, featuring some of our stations.
