The Guatemalan System of Climate Change Sciences (Sistema Guatemalteco de Ciencias del Cambio Climático, SGCCC) has made the First Report on the Assessment of Climate Change Knowledge in Guatemala. The SGCCC is an organization that convenes Guatemala experts who are involved in the research, planning and implementation of actions related to environmental, social and climate issues. In 2017, 24 authors from the SGCCC’s member organizations, including the director of the ICC, Alex Guerra Noriega, PhD., began to draft the First Report on the Assessment of Climate Change Knowledge in Guatemala.

This document, which is written in Spanish, is not complete compendium of all that is known about climate change in Guatemala.
