lmer Orrego is an agrometeorology researcher in the Climate and Hydrology program at the Private Institute of Climate Change Research (ICC).
Elmer has a Master’s of Science in agricultural meteorology from the University of Buenos Aires in Argentina. He also holds a degree in agricultural engineering, with a focus in tropical agriculture, which he received from the Centro Universitario del Sur Occidente (CUNSUROC) of the Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala (USAC). He is a graduate of Adolfo V. Hall del Sur, where he graduated with a proficiency in agriculture.
