Official goals: To develop an evaluation of vulnerability and adaptation to climate change for USAID/Guatemala.
Specific goals:
- To identify the highest risks and exposition to the effects of climate change for the key programmatic sectors of USAID;
- To develop a list of possible adaptive responses based upon the analysis of gaps in other ongoing efforts of the country.
- To set up recommendations to implement future activities based upon cost-benefit and viability for the country.
Location: USAID’s priority areas, Western Highlands, the Verapaces and Peten.
