Julio Paniagua, is a Technician of the Integrated Watershed Management Program (MIC) – South East Region, of the Private Institute for Climate Change Research (ICC). Julio started at the ICC as a university intern in the MIC program, and then he worked on the SISMARSUR project.
Paniagua is accredited as a technician in Agricultural Export Products, and he is studying the bachelor’s degree in Engineering in Agricultural and Livestock Technology at the Del Valle University of Guatemala. He speaks Spanish.
