Private Institute for Climate Change Research, Guatemala. The ICC reports that the rains we have recently seen are because of a trough that just passed over the country, which is normal for the season. Also, we inform that new tropical waves could pass through the country by Wednesday and Friday. We are also currently monitoring a wide low atmospheric pressure area located north east to Honduras, which can become a tropical depression. As the United States National Hurricane Center reports, there is a 10% chance for this to becoming a tropical storm in the next five days. This system is moving slowly towards the west.
