On March 9, began the project of the community model “eat healthy – grow healthy”, of which the ICC is a part, together with the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Food (MAGA), the Ministry of Public Health and Social Assistance (MSPAS), the Association of Farmers and Riverbank Protectors of Nueva Concepción (Asobordas), the Municipality of Nueva Concepción, the Community Council for Urban and Rural Development (COCODE) of Canoguitas and the private sector.

Through the Disaster Risk Management Program, the ICC contributes with technical-scientific information in relation to the access to safe water sources. These actions are intended to eradicate malnutrition and provide quality water to the families of the participating communities.
