The weather conditions that we have felt in the last days will continue in the country: warm days, cold nights and early mornings.
Based on the meteorological briefing published by INSIVUMEH last February 13th, weather conditions will be very similar as the ones we experienced before, with the difference that light drizzles/rains with electric activity are expected for Southern Guatemala, the North Transversal Belt and Caribbean. Fog is also expected for the central area.
The briefing also details that, due to low humidity, the weather conditions are still suitable for forest fires to happen.
Low temperatures
Low temperatures will be felt in the Guatemalan Highlands. While in Southern Guatemala (ICC’s area of influence) the thermometer could reach 35°C.
